It's come down to the Butler Bulldogs vs. the UCONN Huskies. I am rooting for the Bulldogs because they bring a real dog, an English Bulldog named Blue II, to the game and each player gives him a pat on the head as they are introduced.
Initially Blue II was banned from the preliminary rounds and fans started a Facebook page to rally support for his attendance as the Bulldogs advanced. It worked, and Blue II not only made it to Huston, but reportedly became a sensation there.
Did I mention the ladies love Blue II…
And you can follow Blue II on Twitter.
Also, I like Butler's baby-faced-34-year-old-number-crunching-former-Eli-Lily-executive Brad Stevens. Read about his improbable rise to NCAA coaching superstardom here.
As far as UCONN goes, they have this guy dressed as a Husky named Jonathan…

Seriously. Go Bulldogs!
