EcoLogicalART Gallery Presents ReVisions

If you’re in LA this weekend, I highly recommend stopping by Peter Schulberg’s EcoLogicalART Gallery where 15 massive artworks, all painted on recycled billboards, will be on display before they go up around town for an estimated 40 million drivers to appreciate throughout the year. I love that Peter’s simple idea of saving old billboards from the trash heap and offering them to artists has exploded into the largest public art event in the history of Los Angeles.

I also love LeeAnn (Leebs) Goya’s dog art triptych (above) that shows the evolution of going green: a greedy dog, a global warming dog, and a joyful dog celebrating the earth. Here’s a photo of the finished piece above the gallery.
