Sweet Dreams Grumble Kitty

Please keep my sweet sister, Regan, in your thoughts. She has suffered another loss. Her beloved Grumble Kitty died in her arms last night. Regan has been so strong moving forward in her life after her husband Terry died in February, but this has rocked her completely, again.

Grumble Kitty was her cat for close to 18 years, almost as long as she knew Terry. The saddest part is that Regan noticed that he was never the same after Terry died. She suspects that as much as anything Grumble may have died of a broken heart.

Regan, I am thinking of you and love you very much.

i dont know where to start. i am so sorry for your sister. Regan is in my thoughts! i lost my dad last year very suddenly and being an only child, raised my him it totally rocked my world. i was unconsolable even by my fiance, but when my dog kramer would lay with me its like he took some my grief. he aged some afterwards and its taken till now for us to get back to normal (kinda, barley) so when i read about your sister’s cat Grumble it broke my heart because i know that kramer was my rock during that time (still is) i dont know what i would have done without him.
There is a bright side tho.. Regan has you!.. many good thoughts to you and your sister! xo

He looks just like my dear Simon who also died at 18. It’s been 20 years but hearing about Grumble Kitty brings it all back and I am teary eyed.

Grumble Kitty? What a great name.
I am so glad Regan and Grumble Kitty had 18 years together. That is such a good long time. What a devastating loss. How good for Rumble Kitty that she was able to end her life in Regan’s arms. Such a perfect (and sad) ending.
