Barack Obama picked the charming mutt from the wrong side of the tracks to be his running mate. As I said in December when I first called Biden Tramp….like spaghetti goes with meatballs, this could be just the ticket!

Predictably, it will be more of the same with Biden backing up Obama. In order to demonstrate there is no difference between Democrats and Republicans, recall Biden saying on March 16, 2004 on Hardball that John Kerry pick John McCain as his running mate. “I think that this is time for unity in this country, and maybe it is time to have a guy like John McCain — a Republican — on the ticket with a guy he does like. They do get along. And they don’t have fundamental disagreements on major policies,” said Joe.
Indeed, when it comes to Republicans and Democrats, there are no “fundamental disagreements on major policies.” Come November and the election of either Obama or McCain, it will be more of the same.

ha ha, depends upon which John McCain you are talking about- the against or for the war? the one against or for torture? the one against or for tax cuts for the wealthiest? If you are talking about the first, yes, not much difference btw Dems and Reps. If you are talking about the most recent John McCain, then sadly, he is aligned with the failed and illegal policies of W. and not the same, at all, as the Dems.
